Professional Experience

Mr. Boku is the Senior Manager of our Trademark and Design Division. His practice encompasses prosecution, negotiation, litigation, arbitration, and border enforcement of designs and trademarks. Mr. Boku has particular expertise in the areas of opposition proceedings, appeals against a decision of refusal, invalidations trials, and cancelation trial based on non-use before the JPO. He has considerable experience advising on the substantive and transactional aspects of trademark and design law.
