Dr. Ishikawa is an associate at SUGIMURA. His practice encompasses patent prosecution and litigation in the chemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, medical device, and alternative energy fields. Dr. Ishikawa has particular expertise in the areas of image processing, semiconductor devices, computer communications, wind generators, tidal wave generators, robotic systems, tire structures, and plastic storage devices. Prior to joining SUGIMURA, he was a manager at Eastman Kodak Japan and then a group leader at Fujitsu Limited where he assisted in the development of imaging and software systems.
