Professional Experience

Ms. Baba is one of the Executive Directors of our firm overseeing Business Management. Before joining SUGIMURA, she studied computer science at Syracuse University in New York and then worked at the Dean’s office for the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. Here at SUGIMURA, Ms. Baba oversees all business sectors: client relations, case management, finances, office processes, human resources, staff recruitment, and general administration. Ms. Baba manages dedicated and well-trained staff that provide efficient and comprehensive support for the firm’s mission to secure excellent service for our domestic and international clients.
